Construction Project Management
Construction Project Management (CPM) is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. CPM is aimed at meeting a client's requirement to produce a functionally and financially viable project. Through the use of value engineering when required with our experienced staff, we can achieve all the direct goals of our clients.
General Contracting
We are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project.
This can include responsibilities such as applying for building permits, providing recommendations to the client, securing property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel, providing site surveying and engineering, monitoring schedules, and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.
Pre-Design & Building Services
Through the use of Constructive Enterprises Inc, Pre-Design & Building Services, our planning staff, along with our Architectural and Engineering Associates and you the client work together to help develop and define the overall scope of your project. Through this process we are able to to help maximize time, resources and money. This preconstruction process ultimately helps the owner determine if the project is even viable. If viable, Pre-Design and Construction helps define the scope of work enough to determine a firm cost and schedule for the project.
